Dr. David A. Crespy is an Associate Professor of Playwriting in the Department of Theatre at the University of Missouri at Columbia. He is Co-Chair of the Mid America Theatre Conference Playwriting Symposium, the Vice-Chair of the KCACTF Region V, National Playwriting Program, and the Past Chair of ATHE Playwriting Program Focus Group. He himself is a playwright, having authored the Off-Off-Broadway play "Explosion," published by Back Stage Books.
